Support for the flood victims of UttaraKhand

For the kind notice of all the pilgrim devotees and the tourist of southern states of India.

It is a matter of great concern and grief to the state that unprecedented rain havoc has been caused in Northern India. In this message a special reference is made to the great loss on the account of overflowing of Ganga , Bhagirathi and other rivers, effecting the pilgrims going towards Badrinath, Kedarnath and other pilgrim places. It is hurtening to know from News – Media that many buildings have been collapased, roads have been blocked. Though the government is making rescue arrangements due to serious affects of flood the rescue arrangements are not within reach of pilgrims.

Looking to the seriousness and divest  effects Sri Sri 1008 Suyateendra Teertha Swamiji and Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji of Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Mantralayam have not only expressed their grief /sorrow but also have come forward to help all those pilgrims  by way of food and shelter in
