The Mutt so far was maintaining nearly 500 different types of Guest Rooms/Houses however considering the developing increment of devotees inflow, His Holiness 108 Sri Sushameendra Teertharu had laid foundation stone for another big complex consisting of 100 rooms.
His Disciple Sri Suyateendra Teertharu has completed the construction very quickly. This was supposed to be declared open to the public around six months ago, but the devastating flood caused a little delay. This newly constructed building has been named Sri Dheerendra Vasati Gruha in memory of Sri Dheerendra Teertharu of Sri Madhvacharya's lineage.
Today at 6.30 PM His Holiness Sri Swamiji offered the traditional pooja and then Sri Raghuveera Reddy, honorable Minister for Revenue - Andhra Pradesh inaugurated this complex of 100 Guest Rooms. This splendid structure has been built in 3 acres of land on Mantralayam-Madhavaram Road by incurring an expenditure of around Rs. 3 crores. No doubt, getting an accommodation* at Mantralayam is now made further easy.
